When contacting Technical Support we ask that you please have certain information on hand such as:
* Order number or customer ID. * TechShop part number for the part in question * Voltages and current settings * Information on additional parts that might be hooked to your system * Any additional pertinent information that can help us to assist you
We prefer contact via email, and generally we response within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow for up to 3 days for a response in the event that we have a high volume of emails, or more likely the cause of the delay would be that your question requires extra research or effort that takes longer than normal.
We would like to take one moment to make clear that TechShopBD does not provide consultation services. We're very sorry, but we can not assist with customized works, design and layout services, customizing or correcting code, or other consultation services. While we are happy to help you as much as we can, Technical support is here to help by suggesting products to purchase, and ensuring that those products are working as expected.

Product Page Most info (documentation, specifications, datasheets etc.) we have on our products are available for download under the "Documents" header on each product's page. Not sure where the page is? The easiest way to find it is to put the product's name in the search field. You can also often find something by searching by model number or manufacturer's part number.
Products Not Manufactured byTechShopBD
We sell a lot of items that we don't make. The best place to get help with products that TechShopBD does not manufacture is the manufacturer's website and technical support. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer's technical support, send us an email and we can point you to the right direction.
