This is a really good servo with all metal gears. But this motor is not suitable for arduino servo.h.You can still use it with arduino if you can generate your own pulse.Servo.h will not allow this servo to move to any lower than 12degree. Any less the servo gets stuck, makes noise and draws about 1.2 amp (i used lab power supply).I googled and found arduino code for controlling servo via keyboard.Few modifications to the code and the servo worked perfectly.

This might be a digital servo so standard codes for analog servo wont work. Try looking for digital servo arduino sketches with google

i need a powerful servo that can pull up at least 2-3 kg. i have used https://goo.gl/rGB55G this but it can't take the load. can i replace https://goo.gl/rGB55G with this one with my servo.h ardunio program.

Sorry. We cannot give the exchange.

Both have completely different specs , size and everything. So, obviously performance will not be same.

As it is already written in the specs.

I've seen it, 13 kg - 15kg torque. but, how can it be that much powerful when the other more costly ones are less powerful?
anon
Sashanka.pramanik | Apr 29,2016 at 06:59 PM
It depends on power But I don't think it can carry that much weight..
anon
Sashanka.pramanik | Apr 29,2016 at 06:57 PM
Yes the first commented person Hasib_Rahman is right Please make sure before buying it is "tower pro" or "Tower dpro" though tower pro original but it will not work with arduino properly. But dPro will work but as it is duplicate.

anon
FAHIM_REAZA | Sep 4,2016 at 10:12 AM
Dear customer, to operate a servo motor you don't have to use any motor driver. But you may have to provide external power to the servo according to the biasing voltage of that servo motor. If you have any problem to understand it, please make a contact with our engineers.
