Category: Regulator

The LM350 is an adjustable three−terminal positive voltage regulator capable of supplying in excess of 3.0 A over an output voltage range of 1.2 V to 33 V. This voltage regulator is exceptionally easy to use and requires only two external resistors to set the output voltage. Further, it employs internal current limiting, thermal shutdown and safe area compensation, making it essentially blow−out proof. The LM350 serves a wide variety of applications including local,
on card regulation. This device also makes an especially simple adjustable switching regulator, a programmable output regulator, or by connecting a fixed resistor between the adjustment and output, the LM350 can be used as a precision current regulator.

Q: I need help. I want to make a power supply with an output of 6 amp. I already have a transformer which is 12v center tapped and with a max output of 6A. I also have a bridge rectifier which can handle 35 A max. So, if I want to regulate the power of the power supply and at the same time get an output of 6A, how can I arrange these regulators. Or if u have a regulator which can handle 6A, please let me know. Please reply soon. Questioned by BhuiyanImam, 28-Oct-2015

Please see the 'regulators' section. Everything we have is shown here. Got nothing more. Answered by A.R, 29-Oct-2015 09:25 AM

Q: How can I adee two of these in parallel to get a max of nearly 6Amp. Questioned by BhuiyanImam, 01-Nov-2015
