What was your order ID? Our previous experience says that even though the devices were good, people failed to use it because they made mistake in driver installation or just chose any OS which is not supported by the driver. A list of supported OS is given in the product's description. We hope you read that before ordering. Anyway, if you are confident that you are making no mistake, please come to our office with the device and a copy of your invoice. You have to come within 7 days of purchase. We will check it. If we find any fault, we will give a replacement. But if this 'bullshit' somehow runs normally in our PC, right in front of your eyes, we will take no responsibility. Sorry for this inconvenience. Q: Hi there, I bought this USB microscope(1000X) yesterday; the camera software is ok for capturing image but the measurement software does not work at all, clicking the measurement software icon prompts an error like "Unhandled exception has occured in your application. if ....Access to the path 'C:\Program files(x86)\Measurement\CapPicture' is denies". FYI, I don't use any anti-virus software in my PC and tried to re-install the measurement software with turning off the windows firewall as well(in case it causes any issue during installation). By the way, I am using Windows 7(32-bit) operating system. Please help me out to sort this issue. Looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest possible opportunity. I want to keep PCB just under the Micrscope & solder the parts to PCB by seeing enlarge image. But I am worried that the camera & other parts may damage due to over heat of soldering iron. We do not recommend this camera for this purpose. This is for checking for cracks and discontinuity of tracks after PCB manufacturing and soldering.
