Returning Purchased Items
TechShopBD accepts returns for any unaffected development board, programmer, tool, and/or cable etc. "Unaffected" means a device has never been powered up, programmed or otherwise changed. TechShopBD cannot accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them or been otherwise programmed, changed or affected. Additionally, for certain products that has been shipped in sealed package(s), the product(s) will not be regarded as “Unaffected” if the seal of the package is opened/ damaged by the customer.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is accessible from available delivery service and it’s located within the political border of Bangladesh. Risk of loss of purchased / ordered products from this website will be passed to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for contacting us to initiate any claim for damaged and/or lost shipments.
