Q: I have purchased this item. but i did not worked with my raspberry pi model b. I did Modified my config settings for hdmi_safe. But it did not worked. There are some rumors about this item. it could be harmful for your raspberry. Because it takes too much extra Current from pi. Q: Totally a crap!!! very low quality cheap product :( don't buy this product please, i bought it with lots of excitement but its stopped working totally after 2 days of using!! total loss of money, also his is the second product i bought from here & first one also stopped working after using of 3/4 days. What was your order number? Did you inform your problem to us by mail? We have our warranty policy. We replace foreign products within 7 days if any fault is found. The product must be sent to us with invoice. Answered by A.R, 15-Mar-2016 12:09 PM
My Order Information #121476 and i didn't knew that there has a replacement policy of 7 days for foreign products, also there hasn't any clear specific statement and anything like this policy on the sites Support section. So i was feeling helpless & didn't know what to do with the product :( but now hopefully i can see a way, as you informed me about the replacement policy also, i have the invoice and even the product packet. so let me know please what to do now? We even have a dedicated phone number for warranty and replacement here.https://www.techshopbd.com/about-us/support#warranty_replacement. Customers are supposed to call this number immediately when there is any problem. And we are obliged to take necessary steps depending on the product's origin and problem.
