in devices like cell phones, 0% battery means about 3.2V. So, if you drain the battery to that voltage from 4.2V, you'll get about 1500-2000mAh. But if you drain the battery fully to 0V, it will give about 2500+ mAh. Hope you've understood. Thanks Answered by A.R, 28-Jan-2019 09:38 AM
