Q: Good soldering Iron but don't expect 40 watt performance, nothing fancy inside except a 4 Ohms heating element inside the tip (+ indication LED+ press&hold switch) ! Does not work well with ZnCl AAs but works well with Alkaline AA which is bad because every time replacing battery will cost 100+ taka Solution: Install a 4.2V Li-ion (cellphone battery) with charging circuits, it works like a charm Tips : Heat at least 30+ secs, then apply a little bit of solder and keep heating another 10 sec, then solder connections applying fresh Lead wire (don't stop heating) Questioned by suntop, 08-Oct-2015

Q: Works well with normal AA batteries. Don't need Alkaline batteries. Heats up very quickly and same happens for cooling. Great Product! Thanks to TechShop BD for bringing this excellent product. :D Questioned by ahmed777, 10-Aug-2016
Now a days, I use it with Variable Power Supply (Lab Power Supply) and even applied upto 6.5 Volts for Soldering Big Thermal Mass Components ! Works Super like 60 Watties, it was a good purchase.
