Q: Is this FQD 30N06L or FQD30NO6? because in the IC it says it is FQD30N06 but you are telling it is FQD30N06L. There is a big difference because one is logic level 5v mosfet and another is 10v logic mosfet. Give correct information please. The one with 06L is 5v logic level and without L is not logic level.
