The Bambu Lab A1 3D Printer Global Version is a high-speed, fully automatic FDM 3D printer designed for easy and reliable printing. It offers a 256 × 256 × 256mm build volume, up to 500mm/s toolhead speed, automatic calibration, active flow-rate compensation, vibration compensation and a quick-swap nozzle system.
The standard A1 is a single-filament printer. For multi-color printing, it can be paired with one AMS Lite, allowing up to 4-color printing.

Bambu Lab lists ABS, ASA, PC, PA, PET and fiber-reinforced materials as not recommended on the open-frame A1 because the printer does not have a heated enclosure.
For carbon-fiber or glass-fiber filaments, Bambu Lab recommends using an appropriate hardened-steel nozzle because the standard stainless-steel nozzle can wear more quickly.
