TechshopBD presents rechargable battery unit with not only gives you a facility to power up your circuit with two batteries but also recharge them in a smart way. All you will need is a mobile battery charger(not included in the kit) available at your nearby electronic parts shop.

Alhamdulillah. Please come to our office someday for a coffee and tell us how to manufacture and sell batteries in less price. Before coming, please see the package description once again. Rechargeable batteries(3.7V)-2 in series Power cable with DC jack-1 Battery recharging cable with crocodile clip-1 Cross connection cable(Female-Female jumper)-1 Cable tie-1 So, You can see that the package includes 2 batteries already in series. And other accessories for charging. Not just some 'cables' you mentioned. Yes. You can charge "Rechargeable Battery Unit" with "Charger (2S Li-Ion Battery)" Model No: MIS-00433. But there are some technical issues.
