Warranty Support

Warranty Support Process
  • To request warranty service, customers must inform us of the defect within the valid warranty period by contacting our Customer Care Hotline (09 678 110 110).

Please note that warranty claims made after the expiration of the warranty period will not be entertained.

Replacement Warranty
  • If a product is deemed defective, the customer will receive an exact replacement of the same product. Please note that no alternative products will be provided.
  • All products must undergo a proper inspection before being replaced or repaired, which may take some time.
Conditions for Warranty Coverage

The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is soldered, burnt, physically or electrically damaged, or altered in any way by the customer.
  • If the product is damaged due to non-compliance with the product datasheet, description, or user manual provided on the TechShopBD website.
Courier Service Charges for Replacement
  • If the product is found to be faulty under the replacement warranty, we will cover the courier charges for sending the replacement product.
  • However, if a customer submits a false claim and the product is determined to be in good condition, the customer will be responsible for the courier charges when returning the product or when collecting it from our office.
Right to Modify

TechShopBD reserves the right to modify or update any part of the warranty policy without prior notice.
