When you place your order, it will enter through a series of steps during fulfillment.

1. Processing - This indicates that we've received your order.
2. Verified - The order has been verified by calling you.
3. Shipped - Your order has been completely packaged and moved to our shipping dock. It's ready to go!
4. Hold - This indicates your order needs human interaction before it can be released for shipment. Orders in this status usually get cleared quickly. We will contact you if we need additional information.
5. Others - There are a few other order status flags but do not apply to the vast majority of orders. If you see any of them on your order, please call/ email us and we'll explain the state of your order.

Outside this timeframe, as we’ll be unavailable, you can leave a message on customerservice@techshopbd.com. But due to normal variations in shipping speed, your order may have already been shipped by the time we get the message. If that is the case, it will not be possible to cancel your order. To avoid any trouble, please make sure you want everything in your cart before clicking on 'Place Order'.

Courier Service: If you chose this option, your product(s) will be delivered by our partner courier service. If you shipping address is within Dhaka city (metro), you’ll get your product(s) in 2-3 working days. Outside Dhaka city, product(s) arrives in 3-5 working days.
Express Delivery:This service ensures that you’ll receive product(s) within 24 hours of placing order and is available only in Dhaka metro. Instead of courier service, we’ll send our own delivery man to your address. The delivery charge is a little bit higher than courier service but worth the extra expense if you’re in urgent need. Moreover, if you place order before 10 am, you’ll receive products on the same day, within 12 hours in most cases.

Based on supplier(s), we provide up to one year warranty for our products.

Process:

1. Send/ bring the product to us.
2. We’ll check the product and decide whether or not it’s possible to repair it.
3. Upon availability, we’ll tell you cost of the replacement part(s)
4. We’ll repair the product for free without any service charge. You’ll have to pay only for the replacement part(s)

Supplier: Made in China, TechShopBD and Pi Labs

Process:

1. Send/ bring the product to us.
2. We’ll check the product to verify the issue reported by the customer.
3. We’ll check if the product is eligible for replacement (based on terms and conditions).
4. If/ when available on our stock, a new product will be given to the customer.

Supplier: TSparkfun, Pololu, DFRobot, Waveshare, Adafruit, Hobbyking, Seeedstudio.

Process:

1. Send/ bring the product to us.
2. We’ll check the product to verify the issue reported by the customer.
3. We’ll check if the product is eligible for replacement (based on terms and conditions).
4. If/ when available on our stock, a new product will be given to the customer.

1. To avail warranty service, a customer must inform us about the defect via our customer care hotline number, email, live chat or come to our office in person within valid time period of warranty. No warranty service will be provided if reported after expiration of warranty period.
2. While claiming replacement warranty, customer will get a new piece/package of exactly the same product. Any other product won’t be provided by any mean.
3. No product will be replaced/ repaired without proper inspection, which might take some time to perform.
4. Warranty will be void if a product is soldered, burnt, physically or electrically damaged or deformed by the customer.
5. Warranty will be void if a product gets damaged due to not following any additional warning given in the product description and/or user manual on TechShopBD website.
6. Under replacement warranty, if we find the product to be faulty, we’ll pay the courier service charge while sending a new copy of the product to the customer. But if a customer reports a false claim and the product in question seems to have no issue, the customer has to pay the courier service charge when we send the product back to him/her or come to our office to collect the product.
7. TechShopBD holds the ultimate right to modify any/all part(s) of the warranty policy without prior notice.

We prefer contact via email, and generally we response within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow for up to 3 days for a response in the event that we have a high volume of emails, or more likely the cause of the delay would be that your question requires extra research or effort that takes longer than normal.

1. Make sure that you’ve already searched on the internet and couldn’t find any viable solution.
2. If the issue is about using a product, check supplier website for specs and user manual.
3. If the issue is about using a product, make sure that you’ve bought it from TechShopBD.
4. Make sure that the project you’re working on, has no legal restriction (e.g.: No support for drone).

2. We provide technical support only for product(s) bought from TechShopBD. We might ask you to tell us your order ID / voucher no. to verify your purchase. Any product which is not bought from TechShopBD is NOT eligible for technical assistance.
3. We won’t make “list of components” for any particular project. We’ll only suggest same/similar product(s) which is/are available on our website from your existing list of components.
4. No technical support will be provided if it appears to us that the product/ project is meant to be used for illegal / inhumane purpose.
5. TechShopBD holds the right to decide whether or not a client is eligible to avail technical assistance.
