This is a DC/DC step-down voltage regulator that converts input voltage between 3.2V and 40V into a smaller voltage between 1.25V and 35V, capable of driving a 3A load with excellent line and load regulation.

In some projects, you might need different voltages (3-35V) for your devices. Without this kind of DC power source, you’ll find it time-consuming to buy a new one. The delay of project is so annoying. No worries! This module can accelerate prototyping, because you can get the voltage you need (such as 3.3V, 5V and 9V) as easy as blinking eyes.

  • Input Voltage: 3.2V - 40VDC
  • Output Voltage: 1.25V - 35VDC
  • Max. Output Current: 3A
  • Max. Efficiency: 92%
  • Output Ripple: ≤100mV
  • Switching Frequency: 65KHz

Q: How do i regulate output voltage with this? Is there any potentiometer or something for regulation? Questioned by Aashiqur, 25-Nov-2017

Hello, please see the picture carefully. There is a blue variable resistor on board. Answered by A.R, 25-Nov-2017 16:01 PM

Got it.Thanks. Answered by Aashiqur, 25-Nov-2017 16:59 PM

Q: My exact need is: 5v input 12v output ! So this could give me the solution right? Questioned by eshad19, 07-May-2018

Never! You do not need buck. You need boost. https://www.techshopbd.com/product-categories/modules-98775/2863/dc-dc-boost-converter-xl-6009-with-display-techshop-bangladesh Answered by A.R, 07-May-2018 15:28 PM

Q: Is the onboard switch a momentary power switch for the module? Questioned by hussainshad013, 14-Jun-2018

Input/output selector switch for display. Answered by A.R, 20-Jun-2018 11:06 AM

Q: Is the output voltage dependent on input voltage or it will remain constant no matter the input voltage as long as input is higher than output? Questioned by Ashraf3, 03-Oct-2021

Output will remain constant irrespective of input voltage but Input voltage must be at least 1.25V higher than output. To have a constant output voltage with any (higher or lower) input, you'll need our buck boost converter: https://techshopbd.com/detail/3015/ Answered by almamun3248, 04-Oct-2021 09:48 AM
