Q: Dear Techshop BD your delivery system is very very bad. I'm paying you for delivery service. It's not free of cost. So, you better make the delivery service more effective. I can't always pick from your office and pay 55 tk for no reason. I'm really very very disappointed. I missed my deadline because of your poor delivery service! I have just browsed with your name and seen that you placed your last order on 17th May. According to our shipping policy (I hope you have read that before placing the order), it takes 1-5 working days for delivery. Same day delivery is guaranteed under some specific circumstance including extra service charge. However, as your address is inside Dhaka, you were supposed to get the delivery on the next day. We talked to the courier. They said that they went to your address on 18th but you were not there. So, they came back and delivered the product yesterday.
