Q: Would have been better if you added some small indicator LCDs Questioned by spiderman, 10-Mar-2014

Thanks. We will keep that in mind. Answered by A.R, 03-Apr-2014 10:30 AM

Q: Can I use this with SIM900C module? Questioned by JHP, 10-Jun-2014

No. That one has totally different Pinout. Answered by A.R, 11-Jun-2014 10:40 AM

Q: I've bought one. It has some good features. Pinouts are included(makes other jobs easier), Sim slot included. But it is not compatible with arduino. That's not a problem. The real problem is it is not even compatible with veroboard also. I have failed forcing it to fit on a veroboard. now i have 2 ways. One>Install it on two Separate veroboard, Two>Drill the veroboard(needed to drill new 22 holes to fit) to install it(like making a PCB). What is the point to making/selling such PCB that needs another PCB to fit? And costs 235 taka? If you people will be more careful when making PCB(or employ skillful person to make pcb cause you are getting a considerable amount of money by selling these!) only then i think this kind of problem never happens. With best regards.. Questioned by KhairulHasanmd, 25-Jun-2014

This one can be used with two breadboards. This is just the breakout that can be connected to any other platform which can be a PCB of an evaluation board or so on.For interfacing it with arduino or MCU, jumpers can be used. Due to the size and pin configuration of SIM908C,it was not possible to make this board smaller. Answered by A.R, 26-Jun-2014 09:52 AM

Q: Do you have any example / suggestions on how to hook this up with an Arduino Uno? Thanks! Questioned by maghani, 18-Nov-2014

Sorry we got no example. The connection should be made like below: VCC board--->VCC Arduino GND board-->GND Arduino TX board-->RX Arduino Rx board--->TX Arduino Answered by A.R, 19-Nov-2014 10:26 AM

I tried these connections still doesn't work. Do you have any Datasheets of this? Did you ever get it to work with an Arduino or a Micro Controller? If yes can you share the connections? Answered by FahimAlHasnaeen, 11-Jun-2015 09:18 AM

Connection is what already is shared. Datasheet of SIm908C is given in the documents section. Please make sure that you are using sufficient power supply and starting the module with powerkey button as mentioned in the datasheet. Answered by A.R, 11-Jun-2015 10:05 AM
