The high-performance, low-power Atmel 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller combines 2KB ISP flash memory, 128B ISP EEPROM, 128B internal SRAM, universal serial interface (USI), full duplex UART, and debugWIRE for on-chip debugging. The device supports a throughput of 20 MIPS at 20 MHz and operates between 2.7-5.5 volts.

By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz, balancing power consumption and processing speed.

Q: Could you please confirm that it's 2313V or 2313A version? Because 2313V has no UART, the description says it has UART ( means it should be 2313A) but the image shows 2313V Questioned by suntop, 08-Sep-2017

We have V now. The datasheet does not say that V has not UART. It says that the difference is in speed and operating voltage. Answered by A.R, 10-Sep-2017 12:23 PM
