In arduino uno there is a port of 3.3V, can i supply 3.3V from that pic to this SD module as this has no voltage regulator. Also, SD module needs logic level shifter but this module has not, so how can i do that?

No. It has no in built logic level converter. Direct 3.3V has to be applied to the board.
